With regret we have to say that our current environment and especially the quality of the food that we eat requires regular supplementation. We would really like for a pain carrot to solve the problem, but unfortunately, it is no longer the case.
Personally, we have been using supplements for many years. The type and quantity of supplements we adjust depending on what our bodies are telling us. Using supplements that are are of good, checked quality is key. When we talk about checked quality, we mean supplements with doses true to their labels produced with adherence high to purity and production standards. In practice this means that such supplements will actually work.
We therefore have a very commonsense approach joining what we can supply from food and what do we can supplement.
